Is it just me or is the only non-economic issue Libertarians seem to care about are guns?
As for the question at hand, It isn't too hard to find my answer on this. From this foreigners point of view Bush has been a total disaster.
Libertarians care about other issues, unless they're some of the LINOs on this forum.
I care about other issues, but I don't support social 'liberalism' because it represents an extreme side of an issue.
I support freedom of speech-but there's a time, place and manner. People are also responsible for everything they say-so to a degree it's a good thing to be self-censoring.
I support flag burning, but I don't support pollution
I support homosexuals' right to marry, but I don't think it should be a 'state-endorsed marraige' (I think the same of straight marraige).
I support people's right to stem-cell research, but I don't think that it should be federally funded nor should it be a top priority.
Guns are a hot button issue to David S and many other libertarians and I can see why. There're only a hot-button issue for me if I feel that people are infringing upon that right. It's been some time before any major anti-gun legislation was passed, so my interests are focused elsewhere.
