They are no more "anti American" then the various leftwing parties or right wing parties.

They're too far right on social issues, but they're not necessarily bad.  Since it seems like more grassroots than Republicans, I'd likely vote them over a Republican.

I disagree with a lot of their statements, such as that one guy that ran for their 04' nomination who stated that homosexuality is a disease and went on a tyraid....but un-American? No.
