After narrowly defeating Nikki Haley for the governorship in 2010, Vincent Sheheen goes on to be a two term popular bipartisan governor. He leaves office in January 2019 and announces his intention to take on Lindsey Graham in March 2019. Could he take the senate seat from Graham?

If he was able to beat Nikki Haley in 2010, I think it would not be too difficult for him to take down Graham in 2020, although what happened to Steve Bullock in real life gives me pause.
