1. Medicare-for-all is passed, granting the United States Universal Healthcare.

2. All Minimum wage laws are abolished.

3. $1,000 a month UBI is passed, to be adjusted every decade based on inflation.

4. All other forms of welfare (food stamps, unemployment checks, etc.) are ended.

No. This proposal isn't much by even American standards, it undermines secure and sufficient work, would harm the most needy, and simplifying benefits into one UBI (as happened with Universal Credit) could prove detrimental.

In the absence of any other benefits, any UBI would have to be rather higher than that I think.
