it all depends on how many liberals are elected (obviously with the more elected, the sooner)

Change your avatar, LINO

to what?

Liberals want to adopt a 'closer to' socialist system of economy.  And if you think I'm extreme, then look at the vast amount of them saying America should be more like Europe.  Republicans don't give a sh**t about the free market for the most part.  Ergo, I'm libertarian.

Jfern, as usual you are complety off base.  MaC is a right-leaning libertarian but a libertarian none the less.  We share very similar far-right economic, which is my libertarian side.  But what makes him a libertarian and me a conservative is one of us values small government, the other one small but moral government.

Hopefully before I die. It'll be the happiest day of my life.

I'm not unpatriotic, but the state of our country right now just does not work. I am far more willing to have my ultimate authority be a general assembly of 435 members serving a smaller electorate in Raliegh than I am a general assembly of 435 members serving 300 million in Washington, D.C. Our country was founded by people that said "F*** Europe" and the aristocrats that think they are entitled to being rich forever off their serfs. That's why our ancestors left (unless you're black). What do we have today in D.C.?

Heck, our country is going to be in a major recession within the year due to the bomb that is the real estate market, the value of the dollar is going to fall, and yet you do not hear a single mainstream news source talk about it because it is financially prudent for them not to talk bad about the companies and government that take care of them.

I don't think it's any mistake either at the number of secessionist movements that exist today:

Alaskan Independence Party
Aloha Aina and various other Hawaiian nationalist/monarchist groups
California Republic
Texas Republic
League of the South
Second Vermont Republic
and several more

It also makes perfect sense for states to break up and take care of themselves. Take California for example. They put in how much of their tax money to the federal government, and do they even get half of it back? What does a federal government provide that the State of California could not do full well by itself? And why should a Texan or Arkansan or Connecticuter be the ones that tell them what to do?
Sure as long as you take the blacks with you when you secede. Also the evangelical types.
