This one goes out to my good friend, Mr. Phips, who gave me a hard time, constantly doubting a Hart comeback.  Wink

Oh, and Swann has agreed not to run.

She will still face a primary challenge from Ron Francis - http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/cityregion/s_517272.html - but she'll easily win (though I have a feeling that the national GOP will make sure Mr. Francis goes away).
