Assuming I were a white-collar employer, maybe at a pharmaceutical company....
-----------------------------------------------------------
Men:
Dress pants and shirt (like you would usually wear to an interview). I am fine with the wearing of head-covering such as hats (but not baseball caps) so long as they are taken off as soon as you come into the office -unless, of course, you are a Sikh. And work with proper shoes -if you come to work wearing sneakers, be sure to have another pair of shoes (that I approve of) that you will change into as soon as you get to your desk. Flip-flops are unacceptable.
Women:
Some measure of decency is required, and coming to work in a see-through, a bikini, or something less is unacceptable. However, I am comfortable with the showing of cleavage (though not all of it, unless you are breast-feeding, in which case I will accommodate you) as long as you are wearing a shirt and pants (or skirt), like what you would wear to any other workplace. If you prefer going bra-less or panty-less, I am okay with that too. As with men, I do not tolerate having anyone coming to work with flip-flops -if you come to work wearing sneakers, fine, but be sure to have a pair of pre-approved shoes that you will change into as soon as you get to your desk. And I am comfortable with those women who wish to wear hijabs or any other garment (except for burkhas) in accordance with their religious beliefs.

That will be all. Thank you.
What is the woman doing "feeding" her baby at work?
Don't know if this is a state or federal law, but I do know that my wife's employer is required to provide time and place for her to pump her breasts.
Further, I am aware of a few female graduate students who bring their babies with them to school. I would presume that they breastfeed said babies in their office between classes.
