within ten points, but it'd be very hard for him to win....  he's trailing McCain now in GOP Primary polls.... he is God in NY no longer...

Doubt he would run, though its possible.   Wouldn't have a chance of winning though, he damaged himself too much.

No.  He's pissed off too many people.

He might have a shot of winning if Spitzer's still in the tank by then, but then he'd be winning the race solely on Spitzer's faults and not at all on his own merits.
