If Barack is the Democratic nominee, what role will Hillary play in his campaign?

Please discuss.

She'll endorse him, maybe give a little speech at the convention, and then go away for the rest of the campaign. I think BRTD is right on when he says she'd vote for McCain. She'd never tell anyone of course. But in the privacy of that voting booth, could she really pull the lever for someone who, if he is elected, will likely crush her dream forever? I doubt it, myself.

Not much.  She'll go back to being a Senator and will try to raise some money for him.  However, with her representing the kind of politics that he is running against, he'll keep her off to the side until after the election or if he tanks in the polls against McCain in pro-Killary states.

I'll be surprised to read a reply that differs much from walter, the Reluctant Republican and MODU.

A better question is, what will Bill do?

She will raise his some money, give a keynote at the convention, maybe campaign in a few areas heavy with older women (FL, OH) but not much more than that. Bill will be used more extensively.

I guess he'll have to use them both. I just really want them to go away though. I'm tired of looking at them.

That will kill his campaign.  She represents the politics he's built his whole campaign against.  To accept an "old politics" person like Killary will mean that his message of change is all hot air.
