Among Likely Voters and Leaners:

Obama - 50%
McCain - 36%

Others - 2%
Undecided - 12%

The Monmouth University/Gannett New Jersey Poll was conducted by telephone with 874 New Jersey registered voters July 17-21, 2008.

This sample has a margin of error of + 3.3 percent. This report also includes analysis on a smaller group of 698 “likely voters” with a + 3.7 percent margin of error.

Well their last poll had Obama +26 or something ridiculous like that. So this is some improvement from McCain.

I don't see how Obama does better than Kerry here. Book it as a 53-47 race.
