Remember dazzleman's ranting about political correctness? Why is it only Republicans that say African American now?

I say black. African American is more insulting. You don't go around calling me English American or German American.

Ah yes. If someone disagrees with you politically then they are backwards thinking and an idiot! Good job, Mr. EMD!

We can't all display the respect for opposing views and sense of "we're all in this together" trumpeted at Palin rallies in "pro-America" parts of the country.

This poll is a suprise to me, honestly.  I thought McCain would be well on his way into the mid-60s in Oklahoma.  He's not even polling 60 right now, and Barack Obama has come up into the mid-30s.  I think with the economy the way it is, we'll see Oklahoma tighten just a hair to approx a 10-12 point win for McCain.

I tell you one thing about Oklahoma.  We may be 'perceived' as dumb, idiotic, and backward, but we are exactly the opposite of those three adjectives.  Inhofe and Coburn do have their good points, although I readily agree their negatives outweigh their positives.  That's why I'm voting for Andrew Rice and am planning to vote for the Democrat in 2010.

You guys may not believe it and think anybody who says it is not in their right mind, but Oklahoma is a great state.  I believe its one of the best in the country.  You can believe what you want, but please don't criticize me for thinking very positive about Oklahoma.
