This site says North Carolina closes at 8:30. CNN says 7:30 (which it was 4 years ago). Which is it?

I believe certain cities in NC have the option to close their polls at 8:30 (as is the case in other states, like NH).  This likely won't prevent results from coming in starting at 7:30, though.  (Though I certainly wouldn't expect a call of NC within an hour, considering this year's race).
