You also don't know all of Newark's neighborhoods. Forest Hill is a beautiful neighborhood, nicer than anything you'll find in Duxbury.

Much worse but Newark is still bad. That being said, as Verily pointed out, Newark has a few nice areas.

Duxbury looks horrible. Way too expensive, voted for Bush, barely voted for Obama. Awful place.
