Laurie Dhue in boots sits on a high chair....

LD: Reaganfan...

RF: Yes Laurie.

LD: You know, as does Ilikeverin, that this will be an extremely close race, correct?

RF: I know it, and while it seems like Ilikeverin has the edge, we are pretty much 50/50.

LD: Now what will you do if you are elected governor?

RF: I will help restore wetlands and some lakes in the  mid-western region, and NOT tax the people who live there.

LD: How would you do that?

RF: Easy answer that our liberal friends passed up. I will ask the federal government for a grant to help restore and bring about new, cleaner parks, ponds, lakes, and wetlands.

LD: Very good answer that many should know that INDEED you will ask for federal assistance.

RF: Yes. They will still find a way to bash. It really never ends with them.

LD: Well....

RF: (Laughs)

LD: One last question.... do you feel confident?

RF: Yes I do. I am not just saying that. This will not be a landslide either way. It will be close.

LD: Indeed... Reaganfan, thank you for joining us.

RF: Your welcome.

So now the Government will pay for your lakes? Won't that money also come from tax payers? Tax payers who don't even live in the region! So now my tax dollars will be going to a region that I don't even live in.

This is why your opponents bash! Because it doesn't make sense and is ridiculous!

That's the worst argument I've ever heard. You need to explain to the voters why they should pay taxes for your lake/pond scheme.

Or why it's even needed.....

So...instead of more state taxes, we get more federal taxes? And is anyone really compelled by the prospect of lakes? I mean, lakes are nice and all, but aren't there more important issues?

Perhaps the President can authorize the military to airlift them a lake, then dump it over key lake-deprived areas.

Very interesting...very interesting, indeed... Cheesy

Wink

Reaganfan, for a conservative you don't seem too worried about spending the tax payers money on programs, or, ofr that matter, bringing about more federal programs?

Such as Western Oregon. Could you maybe deposit Lake Michigan over our more Conservative areas? Please?

Early on in the Public Poll created by ReaganFan it was a dead heat. Then it became 11-6 ReaganFan believes people voted in the poll who shouldn't have.

Ah, I see. Well wouldn't it be logical to compare the current composition of the Region with the candidates, that way it would be clear who's likely to vote for whom.

Ah, I see, perhaps it would be best if someone just looked at the political affiliation of the census and see what's most likely true.
