We are proud to announce that we have acquired the political news and analysis publication The Midgard Chronicle.  "This union is a complimentary one," says Bernie Carlstein, Public Relations Officer of The Chronicle, "with the reduction of resources available for maintaining high standards in the journalism industry, Caulder Consultancies will be able to provide this publication the stability needed to make the vision for which it was intended a reality:  a thorough information resource bringing the public closer to current and prospective officials, the political issues, and their government."

In addition to its award-winning in-depth studies of the issues and developments in the world of Fantasy Politics, a news periodical format of (more-or-less) daily briefs will be featured and maintained.

The Chronicle will be a resource available to the Atlasian public free of charge.  Caulder Consultancies agrees that this opportunity is one more important than the prospect of potential profit, but will be an important new step in bringing the Atlasian electorate closer to each other, the government that serves them, and the world.  "When it came to choosing a first official project for our non-profit ventures, this was an easy decision," says Niles Caulder, Chairman and Chief Executive of Caulder Consultancies--and the new Managing Editor of The Midgard Chronicle.  "A Forum-wide publication that can prepare all Atlasian citizens for their day will be a welcome sight for citizens and public servents alike.  Bringing our community closer together—faster—will contribute to the effective growth and development of our national body politic."

Yes, we're pleased to confirm that the Midwest's outgoing Governor Ilikeverin has graciously chosen to help get The Midgard Chronicle off of its feet.  His keen insight into the Fantasy World of Politics will be as indispensible to the new venture as his experience in journalism for the famous Tammany Times back in its day.

Having such a high profile editor on staff will bring not only prestige to the title, but also confidence in its quality and professionalism.  As a Human Resource acquisition, we couldn't have had a more positive development...(Because frankly, I don't know what I'm doing.)

We're sure hoping this works out to our mutual advantage for a long time, and that the siren call of the campaign trail won't seduce him away from us too quickly.

Caulder Consultancies is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Contract from the Department of Forum Affairs to administer the August '04 District 4B Run-Off Election, set for 12:00AM Friday Aug. 27 - 12:00AM Monday August 30.

As the government is having critical staffing shortages in the department at this time, it has chosen to contract voting facilities to the public sector.  We are honored at receiving this opportunity to concurrently fulfil our own charter of public service.
