Judging by the way we handle approval ratings in reality, so early into a new administration (usually just days after the new president takes office), I figured it was never too early to start.  And considering time on this forum (election every 4 months) moves faster than in the real world, it's appropriate to start this so close to the last election.

Which is why, I think, we need to stop everything.  Call the whole thing off.  Make a constitution.  Have everyone read it and agree to it.  Then start the "game" up again.

I voted no because there is no date for the Constitutional Convention yet.
I would be very ready to vote yes if this major stumbling blck is removed.
