Midwest Election Booth: Executive Leadership Name Amendments II

There are four amendments dealing with two issues, so they are grouped together. Vote for either of the two versions, no to both or abstain. You may indicate more than option, but your preference must be clearly indicated.
Voting starts immediately and ends exactly one week later:
Superior Executive Officer Position Name Amendment
Lewis' version:
1. The name of the Governorship is officially changed to "the position formerly known as the Ilikeverinship".
2. The title of the Governor is offically changed to "the man [or woman, as the case may be] formerly known as ilikeverin".
Ilikeverin's verison:
1. The name of the Governorship and the title the Governor assumes are left to the discretion of the Governor, to be changed as often as is desired, though no more than once every other week.
2. Midwestern citizens may revert a change if more than half the Midwestern citizenry signs a petition to do so within a two-week time period.
Inferior Executive Officer Position Name Amendment
Lewis' version:
1. The name of the Lieutenant Governorship is officially changed to "the position formerly known as the Ican'tbelieveit'snotverinship".
2. The title of the Lieutenant Governor is officially changed to "the man [or woman, as the case may be] formerly known as ican'tbelieveit'snotverin".
Ilikeverin's version:
1. The name of the Governorship and the title the Lieutenant Governor assumes are left to the discretion of the Lieutenant Governor, to be changed as often as is desired, though no more than once every other week.
2. Midwestern citizens may revert a change if more than half the Midwestern citizenry signs a petition to do so within a two-week time period.

The unique misfortune of the Palestinian refugees is that they are a weapon in what seems to be a permanent war...today, in the Middle East, you get a repeated sinking sensation about the Palestinian refugees: they are only a beginning, not an end. Their function is to hang around and be constantly useful as a goad. The ultimate aim is not such humane small potatoes as repatriating refugees.

I would like those who voted unclearly (Sewer Socialist and dead0man) to clarify their votes, otherwise they won't be counted.

Too bad I cannot certify these. The constitution bars me from doing so.

Results:
Dead0man's vote is unclear and is disregarded
Superior Executive Officer Position Name Amendment
Lewis' version 8
Ilikeverin's version 6
Nay 4
The Amendment has enough votes to pass, but I place a veto on the Amendment (which is supported by 44.5% - less than the 60% needed to override the veto).
Therefore, the Amendment
FAILS
