The Constitution Party Convention has opened! Canidates that have not retained serious traction or support have been withdrawn. You, the delegates, each have one vote. However, the vote is to be held secretly. Therefore, do not specify who you support, but only identify where you are from, and what kind of Consitutionalist you are. That should give us a small inkling of who you support, while not giving away who you choose.

The catch is that the leading contender must have the support of at least 60% of the delegates. Therefore, it is going to be repeatly narrowed down, and balloted, until this result is achieved.

Unless you are a Independent or a Consitutionalist, don't vote.

I'm form North Carolina.

Hint to who I voted for : I supported  a presidential run from this person in 1996.

I am a libertarian who is sometimes willing to cross party lines to vote for Constitutionalists, especially when the Libertarian Party has a bad nominee.

I meant, when I read up on the 1996 election, I deicded I'd support Alan Keyes in 1996, If I was able to vote back then.

So switch, already.  Don't you want to get out of a party dominated by liberals like Thad Cochran?

No. I don't support the party of crazy extremists (constitution), while the GOP isn't satisfying me, because they are killing off moderates.

I'm still a Republican, but barely.

You wonder why no one takes you seriously?

In one post, you say of the Constitution Party  -- "my views almost match this party's "

And in the next post you say, "I don't support the party of crazy extremists (constitution)".

Jeeze Nancy...make up your mind already.
