Eisenhower was originally from Texas, but lived in New York by the time of the 1952 election, and Pennsylvania by 1956.

Eisenhower is counted as a New Yorker.

No order:

George Washington (F- VA)
Thomas Jefferson (DR- VA)
Grover Cleveland (D- NY)
Warren Harding (R- OH)
Dwight Eisenhower (R- KS)
Calvin Coolidge (R- MA)

William Clinton (D- AR)

Any other president I'm either neutral, or very hostile to. I'm wary of putting Ike on there though.
