Lots of good ones.  In no particular order:
Tommy
Quadrophenia
Who's Next/Lifehouse

The Dark Side of the Moon
Wish You Were Here
Animals

The best songs are on DSotM and Who's Next/Lifehouse and DSotM, WYWH and Tommy "flow" the best.  I guess DSotM wins for me.

Slow night. Tongue Anyway, my favorite concept album is Master Of Puppets, though its underlying concept is not as intricate as that of some others out there.

Definitely not many at all compared to '70s prog rock bands, but metal concept albums do exist.

I was just skimming the list of concept albums at wiki here and stumbled upon this:

Nirvana-The Story of Simon Simopath

and was like, what the hell!?  Then I clicked on it.....I had no idea there was a Brit prog rock band in '60s called Nirvana.

Anyway, there is a butt ton of metal (broad use of the term) bands in that list.  Lots of "prog" bands too of course....and the crossover metal/prog bands are, of course, all over the place.  Lots of Queensr˙che and Dream Theater and the like.

Doesn't surprise me that Nirvana had been used as a name before, since the idea is pretty well-known.

What I want to know though is how is ...And Justice For All a concept album? Only concept theme I can think of would be criticism of the system & of authority, but even that theory is not really consistent. Harvester Of Sorrow doesn't fit very well into that theme & The Frayed Ends Of Sanity does not fit at all.

I have a few, although I'm not particularly into concept albums:

Tool - Lateralus
Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral, Year Zero, The Fragile
Husker Du - Zen Arcade
Kronos Quartet- Early Music (very loosely defined as one)

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - The Beatles

If that counts, I guess that would be it (the "concept" doesn't really extend beyond the first and last couple of songs).

I've heard that it could be considered a concept album about youth & growing up (not really consistent, but more so than pretending to be another band performing a concert).
