Patrick has been on a bad press run lately, what, with the getting caught publicly lying about the T thing. Then again he is always having a bad press run.

Basically confirms the other polls. Patrick would be going down in a two-way race, probably by double digits. It should be remembered Baker has zero name-recognition and Cahill has three million dollars, both of those are likely to make things worse for Patrick, unless of course they turn on each other.

I for one am enjoying this. My personal bet is on Baker.

Think he might be lower than Paterson in approvals, which is saying something.

Depends on whether you consider "fair" to be positive or negative.

i know you dislike both, for obvious reasons....but patrick's approvals arent as a low as paterson's.

once charlie baker's far-right economic agenda is exposed, he wont look so appealing to mass voters.

But still more appealing than Mr. 25% Sales Tax Increase.

incorrect.

i speak as someone who depends heavily on the health care system in mass.  it wouldnt be in my best interest to vote for a rightist like baker.

there are many others like me.   of course, voters are easily sidetracked from their best interests.

Thankfully, Baker is liberal on social issues (pro-choice, pro-gay marriage) so we won't be distracted on that front.

Because they both can't see all the errors they make?

Just curious, but does it really matter whether someone is at 20%, 25% or 30% approval.

patrick has a base.  a depleted base...but a base nonetheless.

paterson im not so sure.

patrick's campaign machine in 2006 was outstanding.  built at the grassroots.

dont count him out.

LOL@Walter going from hating Patrick when he was popular to loving him now. Much like he hated Ted Stevens until he was exposed as corrupt and he fell in love with him.
