I vote for Adelino da Palma Carlos
He was only a few month in power and after he resign he never had to do with politics. He knows that was not his world.

I don't vote for him, but it was good to eliminate him. He wasn't a elected PM (President Eanes call him) and he changes nothing.

Start of round 5:

I think i must change my tactic  Wink.

I vote for Pedro Santana Lopes.

His time as PM was terrible. He make all wrong what he can do. In the end the half of his Party PSD) don't want to do something with him (Cavaco Silva too)
