I'm not a member of a party, but it seems to me that the Democratic Party is the party of economic intervention, and the Republican Party is the party of social intervention.

Democrats want to decide what you should do with your money.
Republicans want to decide what you should do.

I know that I've already posted in this thread but I'd like to post again.

The Constitution Party (I repeat though, I disagree with many of their more extreme beliefs and am not a member) is the party that stands for principle. Both Republicans and Democrats have long since proven themselves to be far from principle.
