Yes it is (that band is actually #1 on my last.fm play count), but it's not true emo. They started out as emo-influenced indie rock. Now they're more sort of halfway between indie rock and post-rock.

Oh okay. Well I'm into more structured music, personally. I do like hip-hop and R&B a lot, however, lately I'm listening more to electronic/dance than anything else. Still gotta love some good Rage Against the Machine or Orgy or Smashing Pumpkins or Guns N Roses. I have about 6500 songs in my library of various genres, but I don't really get into that much obscure styles. Underground artists, yes, but mostly of a more mainstream genre.

     Correct. Listen to the title track of Back In Black. You should notice very quickly that Brian Johnson is basically rapping the lyrics.
