I seem to remember that we shortened the amount of time for PPT nominations...is that correct? I hope it's not 5 days anymore.

Here's a politically crazy idea:

Elect Morokai PPT, not because of opposition to Master Jedi, but because it's difficult for him to get to the compute right now. Well, Master Jedi is also Dean of the Senate, so whenever he is online, just let Morokai not preside over the Senate (hopefully this wouldn't stop him from being an active Senator) and MJ can preside as Dean.

This is very convoluted, but that's just my two cents! Grin

I believe we shortened this to two days. Either way I'm running for another term. And I believe the person has to declare, not be nominated.

And I don't have trouble getting to the computer, I was just busy and focusing on school. Now that I know my schedule I'm fine. Smiley

So I hope everyone will give me another term to run the Senate. Smiley

Interesting situation. I get along fine with both, though I communicate with Marokai regularly. However, I fully trust both with this job and I have no clue who I'll vote for. And, yeah, this isn't like a real election where candidates sometimes invent fluff to whore themselves to voters!

I have respect for MasterJedi, and he has done a good job as PPT most of the time (except when he is having connectivity problems, or busy with school).  I believe Marokai Blue is far and away THE most active Senator we have, I don't think that can be disputed.  A change in Administration would be good for us, and I think we can all agree that Marokai Blue is well equipped to handle the job.  (Plus it will allow MasterJedi more time to focus on his as yet undeclared Presidential campaign.)
