Ron Paul wins the GOP Nomination in 2012, and picks Mike Huckabee as his running mate.

Who would you support?

I'd support Obama/Biden, obviously.

Right now, Obama. But since I live in New York and my vote really wouldn't matter, I'd also research/consider some of the third party candidates.

Obama, but it would be impossible for Paul to win. Not only does he not appeal to the base, he's also not even a real libertarian.

Paul would never select Huckabee for running mate--and even if he did offer, I doubt that Huckabee would accept.

Haha!!  No way Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, West Virginia and Missouri go for Obama with Huckabee on the opposing ticket.  Ron Paul would sweep Montana, the Dakotas and Nevada and make it interesting in Colorado, Oregon and New Hampshire.

I can't see Paul choosing Huckabee, since they agree on very little, but this would be a good ticket appealing to both sides of the GOP.  Ron Paul could slam Obama hard on the continuation of the wars, tout up his tax reform and marijuana decriminalization and steal away a lot of the youth vote.

Ron Paul isn't winning an election any time this century. Obama landslide, etc.

Beside the fact this would never, ever happens... even with his job approval around 30, Obama would beat Paul, as he's not going to win any election outside his congressional district. Period

I love the delusions Obamaniacs here have about how invincible their candidate and party are at this point.

We do in no way believe he is invincible. However the GOP would need to present a good candidate for Obama to be defeated, and not one of the schmucks that currently are front-runners. You can't kill a dragon when all you have is broken arrows and dull dagers. You need a sword. Paul ein't no sword.

Do Paul and Huckabee actually agree on anything? (well, guns maybe, but that issue is receding in importance and has been for some time)

They both are solidly pro-life and they both want a more simplified tax code.  Huck wants the fair tax, RP wants no income tax whatsoever, but would probably compromise for a low, flat tax.

They disagree on most other economic issues and are polar opposites on foreign policy and civil liberties.

exactly, and for this reason I'm pretty sure Paul would refuse to run with Huckabee, and vice-versa.
