Do you remember what you were doing on 9/11/2001?

[Sensei]

I was in class, and my teacher went out into the hall, and I saw that a bunch of other teachers were out in the hall, too, some crying. My teacher came back in, without saying anything, and turned the TV on. The TV came on and no less than two minutes later the first of the two towers fell. I can still remember the feeling of dread.

[Sensei]

I was in 1st grade, and they sent us home because there was a gas leak, or something.

Huh, You are sixteen, but you were in first grade when the planes hit?

I'm 18 and I was in 5th grade... so yeah. Something's a little off there.

[Sensei]

I was in 7th grade and in home economics. It may be the first day that I have vivid memories of in my life.
