Just... stupid.  I don't like rap, but clearly who ever made this comic has literally no understanding of why racism even exists.  Typical "I'm not racist, but..." mantra.

Hey so you're black, and these people are black, but these people also make music that I don't like, so because of that we're racist to black people, but we won't be discriminatory if your entire race listens to the music I prefer.
