With Jindal succeeding Crist but unable to do anything right now, isn't Spitzer Acting President, as he's unharmed and outranks Daniels?

44th: Barack Obama (D-IL), January 20, 2009 - January 20, 2017
45th: Charlie Crist (R-FL), January 20 - November 6, 2017
Acting: Mitch Daniels (R-IN), November 6, 2017
46th: Bobby Jindall (R-LA), November 6, 2017 - present

(I give Jindall a "number", assuming he's permanent successor as highest ranking survivor for now)

Btw, what about congressional casaulties beside Speaker and pro tem?

I'll make a quick fix, it won't effect the timeline.

By the way, since I've been reading a lot about scenarios of succession, I believe that Jindall is now 46th President of the United States, as Crist is dead and he's highest ranking survivor. He don't need to taking an oath to become President.

But, since Jindall is unable to perform any duties, the next survivor and now first in line, Spitzer, is Acting President.

I think legally after Crist death and becoming highest living survivor, Jindall authomatically became President or Acting President (just a protocol matter) for the rest of the term. Now, Spitzer is President or Acting President for the rest of the term. Choosed President pro tem would not became then President.

So, IMO, the list is:

45th: Charlie Crist
46th: Bobby Jindall
Acting: Mitch Daniels
Acting: Eliot Spitzer
47th: Eliot Spitzer
