There was a credit in the pic.  But that's not why it was pulled.  It was pulled for one of two reasons...

1.   Someone didn't like the word bitch.
2.   Someone didn't like the fact I was pointing out how politicaladdict got completely bitch-slapped (or bitch sprayed, in this case) by about four other forumites.

I'm fine with it really.  It's just amusing that we've had words like n and kike and c**nt used to slam public figures or forum members.  Why is a picture of bitch spray a no-no? LOL

Been a while since that's happened, though. Last happened when a certain I-VA douche whined to Dave about my anti-McCain signature.

And here I thought this was a family friendly site, not.

I'd be just fine with a G rated site.  I can play nice.  If that's going to be the case, though, I would prefer to see an evenhanded approach.  Maybe the powers that be, if they want to censor bad language, could start with references to n*ggers, f****ts, fairies, pickaninnies and so forth.

Personally, I prefer anything goes.  But I can live with rules that are equally enforced.

I honestly think political addict just went crying to someone -- Dave or a mod -- because several posters made a bitch out of him.  Pointing it out was certainly asshattish of me. But then, ignoring the worn out old mantra about Hitler being a liberal and a leftist does absolutely nothing to quell the ignorance.  Once in awhile, a little shame is warranted.  (You know...truthers, birthers, deathers, the Elvis was seen at the Piggly Wiggly crowd...etc.)

Honestly, Jim, unless someone complains or unless it's exceptionally bad ( yours wasn't), I don't think anyone bothers to censor.

In your case I'll bet ya lunch it was a complaint and not an ex parte action of one of the mods.

I just wonder why -- when I complained about posts referring to "jigaboos", "jungle bunnies" and "pickaninnies" -- the post remained.  Perhaps that particular mod was sympathetic.
