Watching both last night's Stewart and Colbert on Hulu before I take a nap, I have to say, I think Stewart might be doing a better job at not whoring himself out to partisanship.  I'm not really the biggest fan of Colbert so actively defending Obama's Nobel Peace Prize.  There would be *FAR* more jokes to be made making fun of Obama, and as a comedian, he should respect the joke.

You know I try to get my news from a variety of sources, to prevent any journalistic bias from clouding my judgment. Tongue

I've stopped watching Colbert unless he has a guest on I like.  His schtick has gone stale.

Last SNL had a ton of fun skewering the president on his nobel prize [still watching Hulu, damn, the serve me the ads just right so I don't download things].  They joked about  8th graders winning Miss Universe pageants and whatnot, and it was a lot more fun.

Colbert & Stewart don't mind breaking their partisan molds to skewer the president from the left, but I'd prefer my political comedians sticking skewers in whichever way they fit.

I have always found Jon Stewart at his best when he is pointing out the failures of "real" news media. And I still very much enjoy Stephen Colbert as a character.

Both are far better than any of the "real" television news pundits so I'll stick with my comedy news on the telly.

FOX isn't a news source so I don't see why he would.
