Oklahoma City has just been named the best city in the nation to start a small business, plus we have the fastest-growing per-capita income in the nation, on top of a whole lot of other plusses.

Tulsa ranked 19th in the SMBDC rankings.

(I didn't know where to put this, so I stuck it in Economics since its about our economy).

Pittsburg was rated at #2 and Raleigh-Cary at #3.

No it was on our local news because Raleigh placed third and thats where our news comes from. Also where many people who live here, work there.

Probably WRAL. It might be on there website, but I have to get off the internet soon.

Sounds dubious.  No doubt they're just focusing on government issues like tax and regulation.  OKC can't have that much disposable income, and as low as labour rates are no doubt there, they can't be low enough to actually compete 'globally'.
