Major update to the map. I am very happy with the map as-is. Chances are I won't change any real things beyond this. The remaining changes will be cosmetic. Circling cities, etc. re-colouring nations.

I did this map: http://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=119231.msg2616869#msg2616869 The "West Germany" state is interesting. It is the parts of West Germany that were also parts of the "North German Confederation".
Then, I realized that Holland and Belgium are bigger than Bavaria and Baden-W. And that combining them with this part of Germany would be, intriguing.
