Since Lopez has dropped out of the race, can I transfer my two endorsement points that I gave her?

If so, I'd like to transfer them to Al's crazy "fight-the-anti-christ" character.

Lopez endorsed Taylor, thus giving him all remaining credits she had.  However, since 2 of them were from you, they can be transferred from Taylor to Finch after the current stage.

Cheers! Would appreciate that!

Good choice. I'm glad Jim Jessop's boyish good looks swayed you as well. Now if only the rest would follow suit.

A suggestion: To involve those whoa aren't the nominees, perhaps there could be some third party candidates (weak, the goal would be to get a certain % of the popular vote) and/or allow former candidates to campaign for others in the general election.

For this particular primary and general campaign, there's only going to be two parties because I want to keep things as simple as possible.  But in the next game or two, I'll try and introduce a third party to spice things up.

Former candidates will be able to campaign for the eventual nominees in this general campaign, or at least provide some kind of beneficial effect, but I still need to work out the dynamics first.

Will you run games continuously or break it up a bit?

It would be rather interesting if in the next game, points could be allocated to any primary at any time.

I think he means like Giuliani campaigning in Florida and ignoring the earlier races... as the game stands, there'd be nothing to gain by doing that.

Well, yes, there would have to be a mechanism to mke that worthwhile. Perhaps it's too much work.

The next stage is beginning imminently, therefore no more endorsements will be included for that particular contest.

Those who haven't yet issued endorsement points may still do so; these will go towards the next stages after the next stage.

Here are the endorsement point totals, showing only the endorsements issued since the last stage:

Thank you, Senator Kessler. Smiley

Vepres:
Do the Four Corners border (i.e. do I get the neighboring state bonus for Utah?) and are you doing the Maine/Massachusetts border you did in Risk?

Yes to the first, and no to the second, and thank you for reminding me to clarify that.  Smiley

NiK is going to get ridiculous regional bonuses.
HappyWarrior's bonuses will be even more ridiculous.

It's true that they will have an advantage, though I don't think it'll be "ridiculous".  What's more, other candidates have different kinds of advantages, which potentially spill over to the general election campaign as well.

The honerable Governor of the great state of South Dakota, Steve Spencer, regrets to inform the press that he is suspending his candidacy for President. He has yet to indicate any preferences with regards to an endorsement, but he did speak highly of fellow Governors Clay Cooper and Helen Hudson.

Thank you-

There haven't been any new endorsements from non-candidates since the last stage, but this post is simply to signify that any further endorsements will only be included for the stage after the imminent next one.
