On a national level?  Very unlikely.  They will likely cover it as part of the usual nightly coverage with a couple segments when some of the results become official, but other than that I highly doubt it.  Some local news stations might.

I actually saw a TV ad this morning that said CNN is going to be having coverage. I'm surprised; I know for a fact they didn't do anything in 2005.
