I know many don't care, but it shocked me and many others, but tonight a huge upset happen. Unknow Republican Bill Knight beat Democratic Mayor Yvonne Johnson. Greensboro the third largest city in North Carolina is a very liberal city.

As long as I can remember it has had a Democratic Mayor. But I'm not that sure. But Greensboro went over 70% toward Obama in 2008.

Impossible! Haven't you heard Tuesday's results (in governors races at least) is a sign that the middle class is rising up in rebellion against the socialistic agenda of the Obama administration? Corzine and Deeds were practically non-entities in their defeats.

I blame ACORN's Charlotte organization. It's the only logical conclusion.

I'm sure my aunt in the city is quite upset, being a hardcore Democrat in Greensboro.

Well there were signs of movement among both Suburbanites and Independents back to the GOP. Note that doesn't mean its anti-Obama, as much as its anti-incumbent.

Congratulations Smiley
My town is so small, we don't have a mayor. Hah! But if we did, I have a good idea who it would be. He's a Democrat, but he only votes Democrat on local levels. Hates Obama, hates Bayh.
