If you'll recall, I was running the last one, and only stopped because my two participants stopped responding.  :Glares at Xahar and Ben:

They were interesting, and I was thinking of hosting another one.  I'd like two Forumers to discuss an issue, preferably not healthcare.  (Done into the ground)  If you think you'd be a better moderator than me, feel free to propose your own debate and get participants.  This will certainly be more enjoyable than putting other forumers into "Ultimate lists of epic fail" or whatever we've been doing on the Forum Community board lately.

Seeing who has volunteered...

Would a DWTL vs. Franzl debate work for you guys?  Wide-ranging with domestic and foreign questions?  I'd be happy to moderate, but if you'd rather have an "unbiased" (hah!) green avatar take over, I'd understand.
