Family Guy - Leftwing

South Park is nothing short of terrible.

Option 1 obviously. I really hope no one votes for Option 2. Only fake liberals watch South Park.

Family Guy sucks, bro. South Park is kind of running on fumes but it is still 10x better than Family Guy.

By the way, one of the recent episodes was a full-on assault on Glenn Beck and the tea bagger crowd. They might be somewhat libertarian leaning but more than anything they just like to essentially troll against whatever becomes popular through the medium of television.

Then why was Team America: World Police all about killing left wingers?

A. They made fun of Gung Ho right wingers for the entire movie, I"m not sure how you missed that.  The whole damn movie was a parody of patriots and being patriotic.
B.The people killed were not just "left wingers" they were Hollywood douchebag left wingers.
C.and perhaps the most damning.....Family Guy was pimping Microsoft 7 Sunday night and half made fun of Apple  cite

You mean the annoying, phoney Hollywood types? It was just as much about how retarded it is to try to police the entire world.

There is even a part in the song that goes "Democrats, fu ck yeah!, Republicans, (assorted mumbling)"

Personally, I think South Park just tries to hard. I'm not offended by swearing, but I think South Park's attempts at humour stem more from trying to be offensive. I've always found that sort of humour rather boring, so I don't care much for it.

Family Guy I don't mind. I prefer the Simpsons, but I don't have any trouble watching Family Guy when it's on (usually while I'm doing the dishes on Sunday night during Foxtel's Animation Domination). I like how surreal it can be at times, although it can start to feel a bit repetitive after a while.

I couldn't care less about the politics in either one, I don't spare it a thought one way or the other. If I want to think about politics, my source is not going to be an animated tv show.

Really?  I watch and love both (I know, moderate hero) but if any "tried too hard" I'd guess that was Family Guy with its constant need to push the boundaries of what is acceptable of television in terms of mocking the dead, statutory rape, even more racist jokes than South Park etc.

Family Guy (left wing).

I've never been a fan of the style of animation on South Park.

As far as I can tell, it's intentionally crude to make some sort of point.

Also, this poll blows, just because you have a bizarre obsession with them and think that South Park is right wing for some reason.

This isn't really a political issue. I can't imagine a person of at least reasonable intelligence liking Family Guy. It's the comedic equivalent of cheese whiz. If I was a stupid frat guy who just got done playing a hardcore game of ultimate frisbee and picked up a pack of Natty, I might want to sit down and watch Family Guy at the end of the day.

South Park pulls off satire and keeps things funny and extremely current.

It's amazing how current they keep it. They had Saddam Hussein in the hole just a few days after he was found. How the hell do they do it?

They write and animate entire episodes in a week.
