Now to the bill at hand. I think its worth putting to the people. I've called before for Atlasia to look at allowing states to change regions, regions to divide into two etc (see the Regional Autonomy Association stuff from back in January)
However given that I am committed to the reform of Senate elections this plan would have an effect on my 'regions as constituencies' idea. While not unworkable that is my main reform aim so I'm not sure if I would vote for this in a referendum.
But I don't see any reason not to send it to the people.
