Sometimes this forum reminds me of the Halloween episode of The Simpsons when Lisa accidentally creates a tiny human civilization inside a petri dish.

Dave created the forum, and unwittingly created a rapidly evolving culture with virtually no input or control from him.  Every now and again he dips in to find his creation mutating into a life of its own, and backs away from it in despair.  Occasionally it sucks him into itself when forced to plead to its Creator for help, but his assistance is usually short-lived.

Indeed, I personally support banning insane spammers (note for MasterJedi : Al is not). This just is the equivalent for a forum to what criminalization of racial hatred is for States.
