The Result of Round 4

Round 4 was very colorful. We have now many different names on the agenda. In every Group it was a easy win for the "favourits". In group A we had a second elimination. It was a slight second place for Bourgeois. Maybe Hull and Menchu are now in danger. Now we have in every group the same numbers of Nobel Prize Winners

Result of Group A:
Lê Ğức Thọ 20, Bourgeois 11, Menchu 8, Hull 8, Annan 5, Nansen 3, Dalai Lama 3, Sacharov 2

Result of Group B:
de Klerk 21, MacBride 8, Carter 7, Bajer 6, Dawes 3, Balch 3, Borlaug 3, Briand 3, Kellog 2, Ahtisaari 2

Result of Group C:
Sadat 21, Aung San Suu Kyi 12, Gore 8, Sato 7, The Viscount... 5, Walesa 3, Ducommun 2, Butle 1, Peres 1

The Result of Round 5

In this round was the lowerst turnout since the begin of this Survivor. Every group was very close. In group A was a 4-way tie Shocked Rigoberta Menchu was eliminated withe the votes in the previous rounds. You see no vote is wasted, maybe is your Borlaug vote something worth in the next rounds, fab Grin

Result of Group A:
Menchu 2 (5,16 in previous rounds), Hull 2 (2,66 in previous rounds), Annan 2 (1,66 in previous rounds), Gobat 2 (no votes in previous rounds), Root 1

Result of Group B:
Kellogg 4, Carter 3, Bajer 1, Borlaug 1

Result of Group C:
The Viscount Cecil of Chelwood 3,  Sato 2, Gore 1, Walesa 1, Butler 1, Beernaert 1

Of course, this tie-breaking rule may be considered as a bit conservative, but I think it's a good one because, as you say, every vote counts.

And it's anyway better than just coin toss (shame on you, Hash and Kal ! Wink).

A round with a low turnout again Sad In group a and B it was a close race and Hull and Carter are out only with the votes of the previous rounds. In group C it was a easy win for Sato.

And to your Question Lewis: I think nobody knows who Beernaerd is Grin

Result of Group A:
Hull 2 (4,66 in previous rounds), Annan 2 (3,66 in previous rounds), Gobat 2 (2 in previous rounds), Root 1, Mother Teresa 1

Result of Group B:
Carter 3 (5,33 in previous rounds), Bajer 3 (3 in previous rounds), Dawes 1, Ahtisaari 1

Result of Group C:

The Result of Round 10

Yesterday I think this Round with this Special Rule is good for some surprises, but I was wrong. In every Group it was a clear winner. Mother Teresa is out, but I expect that she not survive for a long time in this Game. Many people dislike her and dislike the Catholic Church Wink

For the list of the previous Votes I count only the ELIMINATION votes

Result of Group A:

Mother Teresa +5, Buisson +2, Yunus -1, MLK -2, Rabin -2

Result of Group B:

Dawes +7, Cremer +1, Gorbachev -2, Borlaug -2, Tutu -4

Result of Group C:

Butler +5, Peres +1, Fried +1, Ramos Horta -1, Schweizer -1, Sánchez -1, Brandt -1, Esquivel -1, Walesa -2

Result of Group A:

Buisson 7, Root 3

Result of Group B:

Cremer 4, Ahtisaari 3, Borlaug 1, Corrigan 1, Asser 1

The Result of Round 12

In this round we have many new names on the list. No big surprises, maybe the out of Myrdal is a little one.

From December  22th we must make a break, because I've vacation and I'm not at home. I don't think that it is possible to make this game from may holiday place. But today it's the 16th and we have some days Wink

Result of Group A:

Root 6, Myrdal 4, Arnoldson 3, Stresemann 3, Johaux 1, Dalai Lama 1

Result of Group B:

Asser 5, La Fontaine 5, Balch 2, Briand 2, Robles 1, Ahtisaari 1, Borlaug 1, Corrigan 1,

Asser is on the left

Result of Group C:

Fried 7, Peres 4, Ducommun 2, Aung San Suu Kyi 2, Mott 2, Soterblom 1

The Result of Round 13

This was a very close round. Two ties and 5 -3 isn't a big win too. Funny Detail is Stresemann and Briand get together the Nobel Prize and are out in this Game in the same Round Cheesy

Result of Group A:

Stresemann 3, Arnoldson 3 (both have 3 votes in the previous Rounds, Stresemann is out because he is the newer Nobel Winner), Dalai Lama 1, Pearson 1

Result of Group B:

Briand 3 (4 votes in the previous Rounds), Balch 3 (3 votes in the previous Rounds), Ossietzky 2 Angry

Result of Group C:

Aung San Suu Kyi 5, Ducommun 3

Result of Group B:

Balch 19, Marshal 6, Corrigan 5, Angell (Lane) 5, Boyd-Orr 4, Branting 3, Ahtisaari 3, Robles 2, Pire 1

The Result of Round 15

A bad Round for Nobel Peace Prize Winners from the 40ies and 50ies. A Easy win for Jouhaux (I find that was a very good man, but Peace Nobel Prize ?) and very close races in Groups B + C. The turnout is very low. Only 7 Sad I hope it will be better in the next rounds, because on weekends we have normally less voters.

Result of Group A:

Jouhaux 5, ElBaradei 1, Blunche 1

Result of Group B:

Marshall 2 (3 in the previous Rounds), Boyd-Orr 2 (1,66 in the previous Rounds), Angell (Lane) 1, Ahtisaari 1, Robles 1

Result of Group C:

Mott 3, Quidde 2, von Suttner 2

A very low turnout. Maybe it would be a good idea to make a Christmas break. I this round were easy wins in Group A + B and Quidde wins the Elimination and the Immune competition. Result of Group A:

Passy 2,5, Bunche 2, Sakharov 1,5, Henderson 2

Result of Group B:

Angell (Lane) 3, Robles 1, Pire 1, Maathai 1, Rotblat 0.5, Hume 0.5

Result of Group C:

Noel-Baker 3, Arias 2, Lamas 1, Kim 0.5, Pauling 0.5
