Split into three groups for every third year or at least every third candidate on the list - For 1901, where there are two candidates, they should be split into different groups. So Group A would be: Passy. Gobat, Roosevelt, Arnoldson. Group B: Dunant, Cremer, Moneta, Bajer. Group C: Well, I think you get the idea.

Good idea btw. First up: Eliminate Kissinger.
