Mine is probably 2008 Wonk, followed by 1968, 1980, 1992, 2000, 2004, and 2008 Standard. 1980 is most fun playing as Kennedy in the Primaries. 1992 and 1968 are fun because both have strong third party candidates. 2000 and 2004 need some editing, like for example in 2004 Dean should be given a big lead at the start of the Primaries (like Clinton and Giuliani in 2008) that gets trimmed down, and the General Election polls should be closer during the Primaries.
