It reminds me why, though I deplore Reagan's policy positions, I loved the man's manner and personality.  (And also what a good sport Walter Mondale was/is.  His laughter was as genuine as Reagan's "jab" was good-natured and gentle.)

I would say yes but Dukakis still lost like the loser that he was in 1988.

Now, if we are going based off debates, the greatest 'ownage' in recent US politics would have to be Reagan asking the US if they were better off now than they were 4 years ago-that turned the race from a small statistical lead into a landslide.

AND WHILE I'M ON THE SUBJECT IT WOULD BE HARD TO FIND THE BIGGEST MOMENT OF OWNAGE TO EVER OCCUR IN US POLITICS.
