Have you ever used a typewriter?

Back in Primary School, my mother taught me to type on her old manual typewriter. When I went to High School, we had to study typing as one of our subjects, but we used electric typewriters for that class. The classroom was full of desks with typewriters - there was one computer room in that block and every Friday, instead of having a class in the room with the typewriters, we'd have class in the computer room. A year or two later, they replaced the typewriters and just made them all computer rooms.
