B or B+.  Definitely one of the better cabinet members.  I do think, however, if she were President...she would be essentially conducting herself as Obama is.  In short, bending over backwards to appease conservatives and moderates in the faint hope of being able to pass legislation.  Perhaps that's a good thing.  I've observed a lot of politics in my 44 years and I still don't know.

But Hillary's okay in my book.
