srsly? Even though only about 11% of Mississippi whites are Democrats, that's still a couple of hundred thousand people. Similarly, around 10% of Black Americans are Republicans, and when one considers that Blacks are about 13% of the population, that means:

.10*.13*300 million = about 4 million Black Republicans, which is more people than many countries have.

It was a joke playing off the stereotype that white guys in Mississippi tend to have a lot of stereotypes against other races/cultures.  I don't believe it to be true.  I lived in Mississippi and while I don't much care for the state, it's stupid to think all (or even 80%) of the white dudes there are racists.
