Fine, but flooding is still a violation of the ToS - so some disciplinary action (even if that's just a stern PM from Dave and/or the mods) needs to be taken.

He's not bad poster - just need to realize he's posting extremely too much.

Which makes him a spammer.

No, spam is generally non-substantive, or at least non-contributive in some way.

His posts in Individual Politics would easily qualify as spam, as do a lot of his other topics which are often idiotic or mindless.

It's flooding, not spamming.

When has Hamilton ever done anything even remotely approaching Rochambeau's flooding?

There's a difference between spamming and flooding.  Rochambeau only floods.  Hamilton does a variety of things.
