That would be Susan, our Sec of State. I dont get why she polls so high, she really has done nothing in CT. I dont know what it is, but I dont trust those polls for some reason. I'm ready to admit that republicans may not keep the Governors seat, but that far ahead of Fedele? Something doesnt add up.

Fedele is pretty unknown (how many people not connected to politics even know who their Lt. Governor is?), so it's more likely he's getting "Generic Republican" numbers.

hey, I miss August 2006 as well; the air smelled sweet and was balmy, the Mets were in first place, and the midterms were upon us. but no matter what Ned Lamont is doing, August 2006 will never exist again.

While the Democrats are still favored, this seems like it will help the Republicans out. I would be interested to see new poll numbers on this race.
