He's always been one of my favorite posters, with a great mix of intelligence, energy, and wit.

He has also, in a way, been a symbol to the connection I have with the Atlas forum. I was deeply saddened when I read about his accident- I cried, bad.

And it was at that moment I realized how deeply connected I was to this forum and the people on it. Everyone wasn't just a bunch of one dimensional figures to argue and debate with, but real people across the virtual wall that I was actually capable of expressing emotions for, and although I never met Joe I was worrying so powerfully for his well-being.

I've posted on a lot of forums about a lot of things, but I've never had the home I do here. My experience here has been entirely unique. All you posters are all close to me in a manner I would even call friendship. This may just be some website, yes, but I care about you guys.

My sincerest apologies if this spiel comes off as creepy but it's the best I can do to describe everything!
